1. Install the Embed Polls plugin.
2. Activate it through the "Plugins" menu in WordPress
3. Edit the post or page where you'd like to insert the polls.
4. Paste the short code `[Embed id="Embed-ID-HERE"]` where you'd like the Polls to appear.

You can enabled or disabled them on certain post types.
